High Intensity Interval Training combines strength training with cardio, allowing you to train the entire body in a 20-minute session. Get showered and changed in a private cubicle and grab a freshly-made healthy post-workout smoothies from our Fuel Bar on your way out. In, Train, Shower, Refuel and Out, all in half an hour.
A busy schedule shouldn't get in the way of exercising. We run a session every half hour, all day long, so you can just plug us into your day whenever it's convenient. If you travel a lot for work, just activate one of your multiple suspensions via our app, for free, no questions asked – and never waste a single day of your membership.
We've got towels, clothes, an awesome shock-absorbent floor that means you can train barefoot, and all the grooming and body products you need. Our smoothies mean we can even take care of lunch or dinner too. No more lugging a gym bag around – all you need to do is show up and let us take care of the rest.
We get it, you don't have time or the inclination to do hour-long workouts. What you need is the minimum effective dose; your desired training effects in the shortest amount of time possible.
We've read the research, and 20 minutes of HIIT has been repeatedly shown to be far more effective than an hour of consistent
effort on a bike or a treadmill. If you can just ask a little bit more from your body than it can handle, you can raise your metabolic
rate for up to 48 hours after your training session. If you want to burn fat whilst watching TV, HIIT is the way to do it.
